- Holger Maass (36) was born in Karlsruhe, Germany. After studying electrical engineering at the Technische University in Munich Germany, he started as a photographer, working in the area of advertising and reportage photography. Stories from China, Russia and Korea are published with magazines and newspapers. Advertising campaigns for Graffiti GmbH, Munich.
- 1995 Holger Maass started setting up his Studio in Munich, Germany, concentrating on art and celebrity photography. His work was published with Playboy magazine as well as GQ. Assistance with Hubertus Ham Photography. After successfully finishing his studies Holger Maass lived and worked in New York as a photographer for Nonstock Inc. Cover and book publishing for Nerve Magazine, New York.
- 1997 Holger Maass started with his new style mixing new digital manipulation techniques and traditional photography resulting in a new artificial style. First exhibitions with Wolfgang Maurer Gallery Munich and Wolfgang Exner Gallery, Vienna.
- Additional photographs and advertising campaigns for Birkenstock with Til Schweiger. Portrait photography with Barbara Schöneberger, Sonya Kraus, Yvonne Catterfeld, No Angels, Hila Bronstein. Exhibitions in St. Petersburg and Novosibirsk, Russia, London, UK and New York (Spectra Digital Arts Gallery, Roger Smith Gallery, Viscaya Lounge)
- Television production with Thomas Gottschalk for ZDF and Tresor TV GmbH. Feature about Studio Maass with Deutsche Welle Television. 1st prize at Epson Photo Contest 2004; Canon ProFashional Award 2004 and 2005 and NoLimits Calendar Award 2004. 2005 Holger Maass won 2nd prize at Nikon International Photo Contest 2004 - 2005. ....................................................................................................................

Desaparecido, não. Ilustre, hummmm... Também gosto das fotografias. A fotografia de arte não tem que ser, necessáriamente, escura e soturna, como a maioria das pessoas acha. Estas são bem o exemplo disso. Um beijo
